Fabio, Any news? I tried to reproduce this problem but running winff from gnome-terminal and converting an AVI to a DVD preset does NOT result in a crash on my machine. You could help by explaining in more detail exactly what you do to get the crash. I.e. how you start winff, what buttons you pr

Can you please test if this is reproducible? If so, what exactly do you need to do to have it crash? Does it also crash when you start from a terminal (what is the output there)? Most text in your report are WARNINGS... they should not crash your session. Are you sure they are related, i.e. do the
