Apologies but I have already realized that I had raised bug for not
appropriate package. The file fixed is /etc/init.d/umountfs which
belongs to sysvinit (i should read man for dpkg much closer). I have
raised a bug #695804 which affects correct area so if you can somehow
link these bugs together o

I have fixed that issue by excluding autofs mounts from umounting during
shutdown. I am attaching patch to this post.
