Reviewed the debdiff above, looks reasonable to my eye. Applied this
diff to the debian package and diffed to the previous ubuntu package,
other than a few $Id$ changes (which are also in the -9 -> -10
transition in debian) the diff there is also reasonable. Uploaded the
resulting source package
