I tried recreating this with a newer version of jockey, 0.8-0ubuntu1,
and was unable to. Is it is still possible for you to recreate this

Sorry forgot a step..
Steps I used to recreate:
I removed my software modem in drivers (on purpose).
Rebooted
Then disconnected from online.
Then tried to reinstall software modem.
