Thanks for the additional information. It appears that the text is not
lining up correctly in the menu, and has been pushed closer together.
This makes it look sloppy, instead of sleek and well thought out design.
I am going to mark it confirmed, but I think it something done by Ubuntu

How to reproduse bug-
click right mouse button on applet.

I showed how this window looks like a Maverick and Natty.
In Natty with the latest updates (12.01.2011) this is not fixed.
