This is not the same behavior in Oneiric 11.10, but it is still
unexpected.
1. ALT+F2 "ubuntu-bug"
2. Select "Other problem" and validate
3. You will be prompted an error message : "No package specified. You have to
specify a package or a PID. Please run --help for more informations".
