Attaching a manpage for the unity binary.
My apologies for not using a merge request for both these changes, but
I'm unsure how to include/install the manpages from the CMake code in
lp:unity. I also believe we should ship the manpages as upstream rather
than through packaging only. :)

On Natty, there is no unity binary (or I can't find it in the unity
package). However, there is unity-panel-service, for which I've attached
a simple manpage...
