Problem is that Packages-arch-specific only allows building on
i386/amd64 Debian CPU names, not on armel. It is in Debian because the
maintainer uploaded armel binaries, see

I've filed a buildd.debian.org bug to get it added to P-
don't know if it's related to this bug, but in debian/control, the -udeb
package is missing armel in the Architecture field and the normal
package has armel.

Package built fine on my pandaboard and both binaries runs fine keeping
cpu cores busy.
