What needs to happen on the gpm side? The upstream gnome power bug is
set to needs information, and the gpm task here is new.

gnome-power-manager doesn't appear to notice when new keyboards appear
in hal. It should, otherwise it will fail to notice the power button if
mouseemu is started after gnome-power-manager.

I think this problem blocks us from switching to mouseemu by default,
which is needed for good Intel Mac support, so we need to resolve this.
Setting priority accordingly. See the linked Debian bug for more
