Our kernel packages don't provide a speakup-modules udeb (kernel folks:
see the speakup-modules implementation in kernel-wedge), so we can't
make this work in d-i right now.
I'll just eliminate the option from the boot menu for the time being.

I can confirm that this doesn't work with Natty, at least I heard
nothing, but I'm not positive that it ever did work. It might be that
this is mistakenly appearing on the alternate CD. I'm setting it to
high until we get some more feedback regarding the bug.
