Ok, let me put this another way.
If I drop a glass on the floor and it breaks, I can take a napkin and
put it over the glass so I no longer see it. This does not mean the
glass is no longer broken. It's still broken, you've just covered it up.

are considered uppercase letters in US english.
I don't know where you are from, but in US english, b-z are uppercase
letters.
This is still a bug, especially considering in the default configuration
