Always, when i "RESTART" the laptop IN ubuntu 10.10 64 bit, the wifi dont
start (even in windows 7, dual boot) until 10-20 seconds after SHUTDOWN. The
red wifi light stay "black" and there is no wifi board recogniced

1 & 2. to reproduce it... i use ubuntu, (wifi it work fine). then
restart (not shutdown). wifi card dissapear in all O.S that i have.
i dont know how to add more information.. in this case.
