* Resynchronise with Debian. Remaining changes:
- Install the Ubuntu mirror generator instead of Debian's.
- Set apt-setup/security_host to security.ubuntu.com, or
** Branch linked: lp:~ubuntu-core-dev/apt-setup/ubuntu

The same applies to archive.canonical.com for partner. I think that we
should move both of these into the services-select framework.
