I just retested suspend on my system, and it works now. There was a kernel upgrade from 2.6.35-33 to 2.6.35-34 (currently using 2.6.35-22-generic #34-Ubuntu). Of course cpufreq is still stuck at the lowest step (800 Mhz) upon resume... but that is another bug. @doesntcount - have you upgraded to
