Perhaps we could at least make it not disable that setting in the XML
file by default. It sure gave a good number of us a headache.

Never mind
Somehow the upgrade changed my .config/xfce4/mcs_settings/wmtweaks.html
to have "xfwm/UseCompositing" value="0"
Now... I would have thought that all that did was uncheck the box in WMTweaks
"Enable Display Compositing"
But... it made the whole Compositor Tab in WMTweaks vanish.

Well... here's what I know:
- the compositor stopped working at the exact moment that xfwm4 was restarted
with the new version (during the update the windows all lost their bars and my
panel lost its theme, then it all came back sans transparency)
