Here is a backtrace of the same file from epdfview, a different PDF
viewer that uses the poppler library as its backend. The backtrace is
quite similar.

This error is with poppler library, not the evince front-end
application, so I am changing the package. I have reproduced and
confirmed the error on 10.10.
