Tabs in F
It is NOT confined to times when googlemaps is open.
There seems to be some other weird behaviour going on where tabs also
OPEN when there not supposed to. I'm not yet sure under what
circumstances it's happening, but it's almost like clicking on something
/ going back / forward / or some other ac
Setting bug to confirmed as there seems to be enough information and the
problem persists.
Martin, please add any additional information that you might find
helpful.

Hmm, the first tab closure just happened with the new profile. The
only change I made to the profile was to add 2 bookmarks, but
certainly no add-ons or plugins..

Ok thanks. New profile up and running - I'll let you know. The problem
has occurred 2 - 3 more times on old profile since bug report but I
can't see anything special when it happens. I'll send .xsession-errors
if it happens again..

Thank you for your bug report. I have been trying to reproduce the bug, but as
you wrote it cannot be easily reproduced. Firefox bugs are often caused by
plugins, themes etc. so I would ask you to please create a new and clean
firefox profile as described here
