Sorry, bad spelling. :-)
I have updated to natty beta version and it solved the problem. My
guesses are, that alsa/pulseaudio had issues with my audio hardware.
It just happened on one system. The others run fine and never had any of
those problems

Well, updating 11.04 Beta still, solved the Problem. I guess alsa and/or
