Syncing dolfin from unstable will also require syncing both ufl and ffc
from unstable since libdolfin0-dev depends on python-ufl (>= 0.5.4-1)
and libdolfin0 depends on python-ffc (>= 0.9.4). This should be okay,
however, wasn't the problem with libpetsc3.0.0-dev resolved with the
upload of dol
