I already compiled the package for myself. It's not about me. I don't ask for
2.32 in lucid, but for applying the fix to 2.30.
I wouldn't ask for it, when lucid wasn't a LTS. There are people using LTS->LTS
upgrade pathes instead of updating every version.

Keywan, the policy of Ubuntu is that we cannot get a new version of a
software as update in a stable Ubuntu release. gwibber 2.32 is not yet
fully released. so if we get it through updates it might cause many
other different problems as its not yet tested and newer versions

thanks for pointing me to the fix. Anyway, it would be nice, if this fix
would find it's way to lucid. Lucid is a LTS, so probably be used by a
bunch of users until next LTS. The bug is in my view not a minor one.
The process is running and while so not accessible, but the user has no
hin
actually its fixed in the latest gwibber which is in Ubuntu 10.10 :)
