do you see an exception? (i. e. a long error message similar to the last

happends. This needs a debugging version.

Martin, There was a update to apport-gtk over this weekend and its still
give the same errror. It happens every time I boot into Feisty. I don't
get any other crash report or anyother crash at all. This just comes up
before I run any program. If you have an Idea let me know but here is
the same a
siucdude, you got a different crash (a python exception instead of a
segfault). Do you have any idea how to reproduce your crash? If so, I'd
like to give you a version with extra debugging information to find out
what went wrong; in particular, I need the crash report that apport-gtk
was processing

I got the same problem today. when i logged in python crashed, and then
apport-gtk crashed.
that has never happened before...

When I logged in after booting I got a crashreport for Firefox. Right after
that apport-gtk crashed and then immediately after that
metacity crashed.

Can you please attach the crash report instead of pasting it inline?
Apart from making the report really nasty to read, it got corrupted, and
I was not able to fix it with an editor.
