Hi,
I just tested with 2.6.36-999-generic_2.6.36-999.201009281108 and, when
I remove acpi=copy_dsdt from GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX in /etc/default/grub the
system will not boot, exactly as before.
Please let me know if you need any further information.
