The 10.10 version of Unity and version in Natty have almost 0 shared
code. This has never happened to me on Natty, but Tomasz if you could
please test on Natty. I am going to mark this Invalid as this was a
unity/mutter bug (and I'm cleaning house), but if it's still an issue
please reopen.

Hi,
I have try natty, but (maybe I have done upgrade wrong way) a have some
problems with (eg.: python-minimal) and, as it occurs on my primary
netbook and I use it at work, so without futher testing come back to
10.10.
And on fresh installation of 10.10 problem still occurs. :-(

Unity in Natty Alpha 1 (will be released this week). We've been working
to lower the GL requirements of Unity and hope that it has fixed this
issue for you.

As You can see left and top bar disapear. And maybe a clue is that that
I haven't a banshee icon in system tray (Sometimes it has disapeared and
sometimes it is there).
