debian/copyright lists GPL, while COPYING says: "This module is licensed
under the same terms as perl itself." - which is the Perl Artistic
License afaik. If I'm correct, please fix it and proceed with the
upload.

I would like to have an UVF exception for this because of it fixing the
installation dependencies of dvdrip (this and some other UVF exceptions
fix bug 63767). Furthermore the package is already in Debian Multimedia
so that this is not a high risk.
