The issue is that for whatever reason Ubuntu defaults Qt applications
run as root to that style. You can fix the issue by installing the
qtconfig-qt4 package, then running "gksudo qtconfig-qt4" and selecting
the GTK theme instead. Might want to file a bug against Ubuntu.

look like windows.
