The only problem i see about this bug is it should be filed against
python2.5 not soappy as python-soappy wasnt one of the updates the
update was python-minimal2.5 that i see as the cause.

In python 2.2 and newer nested scopes no longer need to be specially
enabled by a from __future__ import nested_scopes directive, and are now
always present.

This is actually bug on python2.5. I can reproduce this when python2.5 is
installed.
Dunno if the bug is actually in python2.5, python-central or python-
soappy, but I'm confirming this.
