OK, I'm a dumbass..
I debugged this with wireshark, and what messed me up was the /etc/resolv.conf.
Apparently my router assigned me a search domain that caused this bug..

How many interfaces do you have?
But it's likely a dns issue.
either IP6 related or a bad dns server. Double check your resolv.conf,
you might have a broken dns server in it before the working one.
