If you are still getting AUTH_FAILED, with all the latest updates
installed, you may need to delete your Ubuntu One Token from Seahorse an
re-add your computer with the newer client. I have included those steps
below.
1. Quit the Ubuntu One Preferences (if open)
2. Open Applications->Access
Did you try to suppress the key for ubuntu one token (insystem,
preferencies, keys and passphrases (I suppose it's something like that,
I use french language...)) It worked for me :

Now in the VM the login window doen't appear aymore and when I try to
connect to U1 from the devices tab it fails.
If I start ubuntu-one-preferences from terminal I get:
ERROR:dbus.connection:Exception in handler for D-Bus signal:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/lib/pymodules/pytho
It's good, I suppress every file related to ubuntu one or sso( in
.cache, .config, .local) and the key and it seems to work now.
