This is actually a casper bug; it doesn't handle the new file= alias for
preseed/file=. I'll fix it. Thanks for the report.

I confirm that for Greek with Greek keyboard layout. The greek language
pack for kde is not installed by default. The gnome language pack is
installed instead :-/
