@Vish: This is a dupe of bug #605577, the problem is not with yelp. it
is in the language pack. Setting as the duplicate of that bug, and
setting the status as invalid, because this is not a Yelp problem.
Please correct me if you think I'm wrong.

Lets keep this Maverick bug separate , since this affects the menubar
and the title bar too, while loading Help.
