Finally i managed it to install the beta. I found behind the installer

I also have run into this problem. installing beta from usb onto an hp
1035 mini. The installer window is not sized for a netbook and therefor
a user cannot see anything below "retrieving file 2 of 6" and that line
for me was cut in half... so it could be 2 or 3. I am doing a guided

Unfortunately, the logs you attached do not include /var/log/syslog or
/var/log/installer/debug, both of which we'll need to further diagnose
this problem.
