The current xmms2 builds now on Ubuntu's buildds (it doesn't use scons anymore).
xmms2 FTBFS on AMD64 due to a -fPIC issue but that's a different problem.

Reopening.
I didn't answer to Sam Cater's comment, since it was obvious that he
didn't read the original report. The package built fine locally, but
doesn't build on Ubuntu's buildds.
Also, RainCT, you could have checked that the issue was still here by
looking at the build logs for this newer ve

erm, could it just be that the sin() module/component is missing from
your C library.
What C/C++/C# compiler are you using, and what version please.
