Yes, there is a workaround, but I can tell you it's very frustrating to
write down the long ulr full of both random letters and numbers. (case
sensitive as well).

Closing apport task, this should be fixed in the test browsers or
Launchpad. Also, Apport prints the URL, so you can open that from a
different computer (e. g. if you are ssh'ed into some server).

it seems that lynx has some secure connection issues.
Moreover, looking at apport sources I found out this comments in /bin
/apport-cli
