I also have developed the problem of "segmentation fault" which occurs
immediately upon clicking Keyboard Layout. I believe the problem has
turned up recently, but I'm including a core dump for analysis. This
may have been triggered by a recent update of ysystem components.

could you open a bug with ubuntu-bug as described before? they are semi
automatically handled with debug infos retracing where your dump
attached to a comment needs manual debugging by somebody having a system
with the same versions than you

Unfortunately, I reported this bug manually, since apport didn't start
when the application gnome-keyboard-properties crashed with segmentation
fault error. The other one, number #626189, has been sent automatically
through apport. Perhaps #626189 has more details to solve the bug.
