indicator-datetime was removed from indicator applet on purpose. you can
use it if you use indicator-applet-complete. maybe in natty indicator-
datetime will be added to indicator-applet. the reason was that when
people installed indicator-datetime they got two clocks in gnome-session

Same behaviour for me. I get the following messages on a terminal:
