I finally should add that since it is written in ocaml, one would
actually have to use ocaml-gettext to accomplish this.

Thank you for your concern. Unison does not seem to have any language
localization files, and so presumably has never been adapted for use
with gettext and libintl, which would be a required first step before a
German (or any other) localization can actually happen. This is not a
small task to ac
