evince pdf printing problem (renders fine)
I can confirm this issue. The center column is not rendered correctly
under Print Preview.

This does still happen in Maverick. The screenshot attached shows the
discrepancy between the actual page shown in Evince, and the print
preview dialog.
(the strange screenshot dimensions are because I have two monitors)

No, on the first page there are three columns. One columns displays fine
(as does the whole of the second page) but in the second two, only the
little red "choices" render. The rest of the page does not print
(although on print preview it is shown in miniature in the corner of the
page).

When you say that one of the pages is printed incorrectly, do you mean
that part of that page got cut off? This bug sounds similar to bug
256736.
