Whilst I accept your position on security, It has always been acceptable in
Linux to use characters in passwords. My point was that in LXDE RC that was
accepted during installation and logging in but in the final version it
allowed characters for installing but the login screen refused to accept
th
In my opinion the installer shouldn't let you use fancy characters and
space characters, whether it's in the hostname, username or even
password. Marked it as upstream on Ubiquity.
