Also, can you please update to version 0.20? I believe this already
fixes many of these corner cases (amongst others, it won't create a
report for non-packaged scripts in the first place).

Can you please strace both the apport and the bashee process while this
happens? (stracing banshee will most likely not work, since it should be
in eternal kernel sleep). I assume apport already created the report
file and it is 0 bytes at that point?
