It seems only to happen when Gwget already shows a tooltip and wants to show an other one. On Gwget startup, it brings up a tooltip with the text "Gwget". If you leave that one open and a download finishes, Gwget wants to show that in another tooltip - crash. I presume it is also a bug in Gwget

Same problem here using Ubuntu 6.10 with panel 2.16.1-0ubuntu3. Panel crashes, restarts without the gwget-icon, but gwget is still running. Can even still use it per FlashGot from within Firefox. Attached the automatic generated bug-report from Bug-Buddy, which btw. pretends to not know the name
