If I select one or more folders in Thunar, it does not show the
recursive sum of the selected folders right. It does not give me
information of the size of data in folders that I am going to copy
somewhere, for example.

soon be solved. Could please anyone do this? The size of each directory
is shown as 4KB, very annoying.

I also have this issue, its pretty annoying. I know that it might take a
while to get the size if the folder has large contents, however this
feature is present in Nautilus and should be in Thunar.

It seems as though Thunar only displays the size of directory icon or
possibly the storage size of the directory listing in memory (if I am
using the correct wording on the "directory listing")
