In the latest version (0.8.0) this seems to be fixed, I don't experience
this problem anymore and in dvd-slideshow.sh the parameter "-S 420mpeg2"
or "-S 420_mpeg2" is used on every call of ppmtoy4m.
I think this bug can be closed.
