If you mean OSSv4, it is not supported on an LTS at all, so you're no
worse off. If you'd rather use a "release" version, try linux-backports-
modules-alsa-lucid-generic.

Hi Daniel,
As this is a production LTS system I'd prefer not to run bleeding edge
upstream audio bits. Is there an alternative? i.e. OSS?
