Hi Pedro,
No, top doesn't show the same info, using top command I can see the
processes using a normal amount of CPU. So, I think the bug is only
related to the gnome graph not accurately reporting the CPU usage.

Does the Gnome-System-Monitor identify a process thats using the CPU
excessively (in the processes tab of gnome-system-monitor click on the
CPU column header to sort the list by CPU usage) or is the issue with
the graph not accurately reporting the CPU usage?
