Fantastic - this works now:
# nandwrite -p /dev/mtd3 uImage
Writing data to block 0 at offset 0x0
Writing data to block 1 at offset 0x4
Writing data to block 2 at offset 0x8
Writing data to block 3 at offset 0xc
Writing data to block 4 at offset 0x10
Writing data to block 5 at offs

Your debdiff for lucid have to fix a couple of things.
1) debian/changelog: s/20090606-1ubuntu1/20090606-1ubuntu10.04
Usually we should use a version -1ubuntu0.1, but karmic and lucid has got the
same version and we need use release number in debian/changelog.
2) debian/changelog: s/luc
