I tried adding acpi=off at LiveCD start but I get :
BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 Stuck for 61s! [plymouthd:2691]
BUG: soft lockup - CPU#1 Stuck for 61s! [S471m-sensors:3279]
I also tried without 'quiet splash --' && with acpi=off without
success
