as explained above, it's by design, so not a bug :)
The rational is:
when you quickly package, it's for you and only for you, so you should know
what you have done.
messages in debian/changelog is for your users, who wants to know what's
in the new release. That's why we only populate with what'
When using quickly release it worked well, the bzr commits showed in the
changelog. Guess I didn't catch the usecase of quickly package.

the contain by "new experimental test".
Your commits in quickly save (or bzr commit) are collected and added to
debian/chanlog when you release.
