This is not a bug in that you have linux-backports-modules-alsa-$(uname -r) installed, and the lexicographical sort order of those modules overrides what you installed by manually compiling. If you intend to use self-compiled alsa-driver, remove linux-backports-modules-alsa* first. On May 15, 2010
