Now back at 2.6.32 with VirtualBox 3.2 installed I am getting

this bug doesn't seem to be related to Ubuntu. It only happens if the
VirtualBox module from VirtualBox.org ist loaded (not the OSE edition
from Ubuntu).

be great. It will allow additional upstream developers to examine the issue.

upstream kernel, please remove the 'needs-upstre
