Don't worry, you're not being a bother :-) On the contrary, you're
helping improve Ubuntu! Can you please reproduce the problem and attach
the files I requested above? They are vital to tracking down and fixing
the problem.

ennyways... everything is up and running now. BTW, the only reason I sent
the bug report in was because the error screen that showed up said to do so.
